So I was reading this other article posted on .world that said the photos were from the Congo where Rwandan backed rebels were blamed. I found it salient that Rwanda will be taking kidnapped prisoners. What I’m unclear on is the Congolese rebellion. Can someone please give an overview? Thank you in advance.
