        Okay, but it was kind of implied by everyone dressing nice that you’d kind of lost sight of it not being an accurate portrayal of American life.

        If you just like the overall aesthetic, for sure, it’s hard to beat the iconicism of the 60’s. There’s a reason Fallout had the culture stop developing there!

          Didn’t say anywhere that I thought it depicted accurately American life. You’re really assuming a lot out of one sentence.

          That said, I think it is a fact that people did dress in a more tasteful manner then. I like all the suits and dresses over shorts and lululemon lol.

              I don’t think it’s a controversial concept that people in the postwar era wore more suits/dresses.

              Just look up photos from back then.

              Personally I would hate to have to wear a suit, but I can see why people like the aesthetic.
