    I am going to guess this one - people feel that you are missing out on stuff, when you really are not. I try to find out how often I do something, and if don’t do it often enough, then it is not worthy enough to get something for it.

    For example, if you almost never keep something in a shelf, probably you may not need that particular shelf, if you almost never watch television, there is no need to have television (and cable/streaming service for it). There need may change if you have others iin your life, then try to figure a answer with them. Or if you on’t get much enjoyment using social media (the algorithmic ones, like Instagram), then don’t.

    People often do not realise the correct (or appropriate-ish) value added-ness (to your life) of stuff.
