On Friday March 21, eight israeli human rights organizations* published a call in Haaretz daily newspaper to oppose the Israeli government’s policy
(original as attached).
English translation from B’Tselem:
No to the Israeli government’s policy of death
Tens of thousands killed, entire cities destroyed, millions of people starving, hostages abandoned to suffering and death — all this has not satisfied the bloodlust and urge for destruction of Netanyahu and Ben Gvir’s government.
For the sake of political survival, and in the name of its all-out war on the Palestinian people, the Israeli government is willing to continue committing the gravest of crimes.
This is what a dictatorship looks like: a leader willing to trade in human lives for his own personal interests.
Now is the time to say loudly and clearly: we will not follow him into the abyss.
We must oppose the death policy led by the Netanyahu–Ben Gvir government.
