Some friendly feedback: the transition from the 2nd to 3rd panel seems a bit unnatural.
In the 2nd panel the police cat is rather sceptical about the whole discussion, while in the 3rd panel he straight away gives a very honest opinion.
I have minimal knowledge of comics, found your OC by browsing by new when I was bored (I did subscribe and check out the earlier comic releases; thanks for the OC!). These are just my thoughts.
