    I really like gochujang fried rice with crumpled tofu for protein instead of chicken. The crumpled tofu has a bit a consistency similar to scrambled egg. Gochujang has such an addicting spicyness to it. I heard gochujang sometimes isn’t vegan but the first I looked at in our asia store was so I don’t know what they add in some that isn’t. https://platefulofveggies.com/vegan-gochujang-fried-rice-with-tofu/ this is the recipe I’m using
