1 oz mezcal joven

3/4 oz Cynar

3/4 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz honey syrup 1:2

1/4 oz (I used a little more) Ancho Reyes Rojo

Shake all together with ice, serve with orange slices sprinkled with chile salt, I used Tajin, don’t do that, they were so sour!
