Yes! According to her previous owner, she was not tipped, she came home with the ear hanging off, shook it, and it flew off.
She was an outdoor cat, so my theory is, someone grabbed her to neuter her, saw she was neutered, and tipped her so she wouldn’t be grabbed again. Either way, she’s an indoor only cat now! She’s happy, indoor has extremely nice beds to be cozy in!
