I got a walking pad and a sit stand desk for when I work from home. I make myself walk for at least an hour per work day on that. Then I try to get in another outdoor walk for 30-60 minutes as time allows.
My body isn’t terribly happy with me, but I’m struggling through for now. I need to try some better running shoes to see if that helps next.
I need to walk more. I just sit too long for work and haven’t had a chance to work out my lungs or legs.
Getting a dog really improved my health. I walk her multiple times a day, get some sunshine, and I’ve met most of my neighbors now.
