Plague Doctor Pros: Rockin’ the plague doctor look, opium (if you’re rich). Cons: Bloodletting, mercury-based medicines.
Modern Doctor Pros: Antiobiotics that cure the plague in short order, no mercury or bloodletting. Cons: No opium, even if you’re rich. Americans must consider death by plague vs. paying the high deductible.

The healer class had to be nerfed after the scientific revolution patch. Usually doesn’t affect skins but the bedside manner debuff required them to present in a manner less intimidating to children but sometimes you still get a cool looking hazmat suit
