I am never just a little sad, or just a little angry, whatever I am feeling in the moment is all encompassing and cranked up to 11. And since I am prone to meltdowns when stressed, frustrated, or feeling trapped I am always worried about that and try to avoid conflict as much as possible.
That’s a big part of BPD, and one I struggle with most.
