I forgot Sony made that. Why not get a Steam Deck, or one of the alternatives? The portal doesn’t have any storage, and if you have stick drift you have to buy another.
But isn’t just cloud gaming? Which needs a solid connection… Unlike every other handheld system, that has the games on storage, or cartridge? I don’t understand cloud gaming.
If you’re living in a home with modern wi-fi and fiber Internet, the latency isn’t much worse than a typical 4K TV outside of its built-in game mode. For many, many titles on console, this type of input lag is acceptable.
Admittedly I know the product isn’t very popular, but for those who enjoy PS games, it’s a pretty neat device.
Personally I just keep stuff on my PS5 and if I can’t be in my living room I guess I’ll wait to play :-)

I would assume it’s because they would like to play PlayStation games, not PC games.
