This chapter about phonetics and phonology in New Zealand English is gonna come in so handy one day, I can feel it! It even has a silly joke in it, but it only works with a near-square merger (= the vowels in near and square sound the same) :3c

I’d love to have a standing desk, but it’d have to be one that can switch between standing and sitting. If I put a treadmill underneath, I could pace and watch YouTube at the same time!
You have to be careful, though, because some switches turn into a shivering mess, uh, I mean, the light starts to flicker when the plug is inserted juuust right. Depending on what you’re trying to do, that could make operating properly a little difficult~
We have a weekly meeting at work where we talk about what we did on the weekend, and even when I technically have something to talk about, I always forget. But the stuff I do isn’t very exciting anyway, and I often make up shit so they think I have an actual life uwu
