Short answer: no. You can even study two other degrees and be fine if age is your only concern.
N1, unless it’s a wizard’s hat. In which case, it’d be N3
I +1 that Will Smith sentiment.
I feel like a hypocrite somewhat, since I’m aware of other actors who did far worse things and yet I’m not as put off in a similar manner. I guess it’s easier to separate the art from the artist in some people more than others…
6 or 7 not sure. Confused af is the mood
I would never think I committed the murder, especially since there isn’t a lot of blood on me and I don’t know anyone.
I’ve experienced false dream awakenings from nightmares worse than this scenario so one thing I would think is that I’m probably still asleep; I’ll run away.
I’ve also experienced extreme denial once in my life, it feels like you forget quickly whatever traumatic trigger just happened (but then you remember it, triggers you again, you forget it again, repeat). That’ another possible way my brain could react under those circumstances, I can’t predict myself. I’ll still run away.
Now, if I somehow avoided both scenarios then I would probably still run away, hoping to find someone who can help. If I’m walking for days without reaching any towns/people then I’ll probably be considering to just move on and not look back; wait for the police to find me first. But I wouldn’t try to escape. If they find me I’ll be honest.
Do I remember my whereabouts for say yesterday or my regular life, or am I just brainwashed and woken up next to a corpse? Two very different scenarios
Okay I haven’t heard of a lot here.
I don’t know if it’s the most obscure or deep cut but my favorite vote goes to Moral Orel. It gets dark in a way that doesn’t look like it.
Billy and Mandy and Duck Dodgers imo don’t belong to this list
Surprised you didn’t add the MTV one such as AEon Flux, The Head, The Maxx. Aeon in particular is a favorite of mine, watching it is very wtf. I think it should belong to this list.
Huh. Now I notice I linked the wrong community. I meant [email protected]
… which is also smaller than the lemmy world one but has more than 5 posts.
It’s context dependent, not field dependent. “Good at [something]” usually means it’s simply above average. In some occasions, it can mean it’s just average as opposed to terrible. In other occasions it means it’s exceptionally good.
For your specific examples I would believe they’re somewhat above average, but not impressive, unless more context indicates so.
No, I don’t remember a single instance of play pretending to be a bride. I do remember several of play pretending to be a Dad though. For the record - I’m still a straight woman, always been. I don’t know what lady in pink is going on about.
Just so you guys know - there’s a community dedicated to sharing mobile wallpapers, [email protected]
So… What can you tell about these images? I’m also curious
Hot dogs in spaghetti is the bomb. Add some butter and grated cheese and mmmmm delicious
I didn’t even know we had communities for this. I’ll remember next time I walk past graffiti, there’s some interesting ones where I live but no, I don’t have a collection of photos.
The way to get more activity is to just post. You just happened to speak up, but in all likelihood more people saw there wasn’t much activity and completely forgot about it. Lemmy is relatively small, so it makes sense that niche communities don’t get as many posts.
I see from the comments that apparently it was makeup. I wonder to what extent this is makeup, since after all, ALL actors on set wear make up. I have a similar skin complexion and if I sunbathe for a week I’ll look like Vasquez too.
Oh sick I didn’t know it had the Shivering Isles. It used to be my favorite, I think out of TES it’s my favorite environment setting so far.
Answer: No.
Also I think this would have been a better fit for the No Stupid Questions community, but I also believe it doesn’t deserve this many downvotes.
I’m far from being a firefighter and I’ve never encountered a decomposing human body. I just want to point out that the smell of pork most humans like, is the smell of certain pork parts only and under controlled temperatures.
In other words, if you were to throw a pork whole into a fire, the smell would be different from that of ribs on a bbq. You would be burning its fur, skin, internal organs, blood and excrement along with the muscle and fat, and I mean burning, not cooking, which also makes a difference.
I’ll pick the today option. My reasons have already been stated by many: political instability as a monarch, medicine, modern day commodities, etc.
But also, think about entertainment. Today we have a nearly infinite stream of entertainment at our disposal. Movies, songs, videogames, books. 500 years ago none of that existed. So there’s yet another reason.
People here talking about “props”, and that’s fair and dandy but only and only if you truly like or are into said props. Because you will attract people who are into that too, but also repel those who aren’t. As a woman I never cared much about either people with dogs or babies. None of my business. But I have approached people with other animals or doing arts for example.
My recommendation would be to join a group activity and stick to it for a couple months. See how it goes, then switch to something else. It can be life drawing, bushwalking, patisserie, guitar, board games- you name it. This puts you back in control because the activity acts as the prop, and by context you are allowed to say “oh such nice drawings, how do you do xyz?” " Are those shoes good for walking?" “Do you bake often?” You start the conversation and it doesn’t need to be personal at all. I’m always surprised to see normal people cross the line and start asking personal questions about me once I make it obvious that I’m open to conversation.
