23 days agoAs some others have mentioned, regular workout will help a lot. Another thing you can do is cardio for 10 minutes before sleep and ending with a few minutes stretch to tire and loosen up your body. Also try to sleep at the same time daily. Your circadian rhythm will aid you too.
Why do you people get offended on our behalf for even the most minuscule thing. What’s racist about it? On the contrary, it’s fucking awesome that some Chinese manage to do this with a meager sum in such time. Why would I want people to use a non Asian person to represent an Asian guy?
