I wouldn’t say it is a good use of AI, more like one of the few barely acceptable ones. Can we accept lies and hallucinations just because the alternative is nothing at all? And how much energy/CO2 emissions should we be willing to waste on this?
Yeah, transcription is one of the only good uses for LLMs imo. Of course they can still produce nonsense, but bad subtitles are better none at all.

I’ll second the importance of core for avoiding back pain. I do mostly abs focused core workouts and that helps a lot for me personally.
What do you mean by parser? Office docs are just zipped XML files. They are trivial to parse. The hard part is all the quirks the document renderers have, which makes it impossible to perfectly match the output. But markdown can’t handle any complex formatting anyway
