Lol, its not a secret. “Prominent” means that they are already known. Twitch Streamers, News Anchors, people who literally show their face.
I feel like releasing a list like that would be counterproductive if you want them to not disappear
I mean… if you could find them by searching through the internet they are already on a list. The point is to get the people to also be watching them so that:

When they do get disappeared, there are bigger protests, and more scrutiny, and its harder for the authorities who are detaining the person to hide their movements since everyone would reporting the locations of those agents involved in their detainment
