Title. I’d go for the leatherman micra but they have scisors instead of needlenose pliers like most multi tools and I haven’t had any luck finding any myself :(
Is It crazy of me to suggest you just get nail files/emery boards and stash them everywhere

OP specified a nail file, and that has a wood/metal file.
I’m probably about the last person to ask about nail files, I’m not sure if it would do the trick in a pinch, but when I look at the wood and metal files I have around my workshop and at my wife’s nail files, my files are mostly a lot more aggressive than a nail file.
It’ll do, mostly. Just have to be slow and careful.
There’s a few Chinese ones if you don’t mind. I’d have to go look in my bookmarks, I can’t remember them off the top of my head
