Took a nap instead. I threw my back out a week ago, and sleeping is difficult. But I happened to be on the bed earlier and found a position that didn’t hurt, so I was like “oh yeah, I’m not moving” and had an incredible nap.

This is not dull. If I managed to get out of shopping and got a solid nap instead, it would easily be the highlight of my week.

Trying. It’ll be at least another week before normal. Then I’ve pledged to focus on core at the gym. This shit sucks.
