    It’s an instance that doesn’t require an interview and mostly has an absent admin so .world admins can’t pressure them to ban accounts ‘for the good if the fediverse’. Of course some sh.it heels use it but I plays an important roll.

      I really disagree that any role sh.itjust.works plays is positive, though. It hosts MWoG and NCD, some of the most right-wing communities on the Fediverse, and moreover the admin thinks China and Russia are pushing “gender politics” to radicalize western youths against the US. The fact that there’s no interview is by design, it serves as a foothold for right-wingers and fascists who would be banned elsewhere.
