There is a lot of land, and a lot of people in the US. Even if we saw people rioting, there would be hundreds of much smaller riots fighting for local rights.

A social media platform to keep up with friends/family, while arguable not great (for comparison reasons), it not at all the same as what Facebook is right now. Facebook is no longer what it was originally created to be, it is just a dopamine slow drip.
That also applies to FB marketplace
But they are kind of committed once it’s been announced/show to the public. Of course they could change it, but it’s not as simple after the public has seen it.
Yea, this is the answer. “Can I read this in the time I have available” is all it is. I never once considered actually comparing the time it took me to read it with the estimate, nor do I think most people have any care to do so.
I am shocked no one mentioned the possibility of nuclear warfare every day. If everything resets, what’s stopping a few people from just nuking the world on a daily basis. One country does it first, the next day the other country does it back in retaliation. The entire world may just suffer horrific deaths every single day. Even if it only happened once, the trauma of living after having experienced it once would be enough to ruin peoples mental health (I guess you could say it would nuke their mental health). I cannot imagine people finding peace and living freely. I imagine it would be endless suffering.
I wish it was true that nothing can be truly deleted on the internet. The reality is so very much has been posted and long since lost. There are some things I wish I could find traces of, but are likely lost to the vastness of the internet. Of course, you should treat everything like it cannot be deleted, but the reality is many things can, and have been, entirely deleted.
It’s funny, because a common symptom of ADHD is oversharing, especially early on in a relationship when it’s less appropriate. This doesn’t make them an asshole, of course.
I doubt it. Imagine Trump being on good terms with someone after 4 years.
