Izzyondroid is an f-droid repository. Basically a list of apps. Izzyondroid isn’t really relevant to the question.
The bottom of each screenshot shows the version name. One of them ends in .web which is a different version of the app, and the link i shared talks about the different versions of the app.
Interesting. I dont want to use obsidian because it’s not open source, and i didn’t like logseqs forced bullet-points (even if they do pretty cool things with children when using bidirectional linking). I tried logseq for a few weeks and just couldn’t get used to it
Did they ever even fix the 5080/5090 issues like the burning cables from overloading a single cable?
Is this how long it takes for posts to federate? Why would it be so long?
Isn’t that an open source project? How else do you want them to make money?
Some servers have a particular focus. Pawb.social is a furry server. Generally doesn’t matter too much which server you use as long as it’s not blocked from another server where there are communities you like. You can check the /instances page to see which servers/communities are blocked by a server.
Also if you want to mod then usually best to have your acct on that community’s server. Less headaches with modreports.
Idk, i wouldn’t see it coming
Short on time before work so I’ll be somewhat brief:
have you tried journaling? That’s what i do. Just pen and paper or use logseq/obsidian/ whatever note app on your phone. Can’t be deleted like your social accounts or whatever. Helps me collect my thoughts and process stuff.
Shits rough and I’m sorry you’re going through all of that. Hope you find something or somewhere that works for you
I was half expecting her to swat the monitor, knocking it over and breaking it lol
Strictly 5mm-10mm. No more, no less
Yes it feels sketchy but the major credit bureaus already have a file on you regardless. It is a bit of a hassle to do the freezes but the reality is that with so many data beaches out there, someone could easily steal your identity and open up accounts under your name if they wanted. This makes that much harder for them to do.
Doh, thanks!
Yes please! Would love to easily choose sharing between origin instance or home instance.
No. I’m not. And I’m walking away from this conversation now because you are not engaging in good faith.
Reread what i wrote. I don’t judge police officers for their profession
I judge people for their actions… the rules they choose to enforce.
If someone enforces bad rules, then yes, i will judge that and i won’t rethink that.
The reality is that complacency is complicity. I would agree that LW mods don’t make up the instance rules, but if they are actively enforcing the rules instead of turning a blind eye then that is something that can be judged.
And this absolutely is not comparable to someone’s sexual orientation lmfao. Judging based on someone’s sexual orientation is bad. Judging someone based on the rules they enforce is 100% fair.
Inb4 of any bs that I’m advocating anything. I’m not. I’m speaking generally and I’m saying if you enforce a rule you inherently support that rule and those it defends in that context
Of all subreddits i ever visited, that one was THE WORST. There are certain words like graphene that will get your comment auto removed and maybe even banned. Rather than allow privacy minded people to discuss things, the mod(s) enforce their own flavor of privacy on everyone and will not let anything be posted that goes against what they deem acceptable
