Drag learned how to make homemade sushi because sushi is delicious. But drag’s partner doesn’t like sushi because “the rice is too sour”.
Drag is going to try making sushi with avocado to balance the pH. Drag doesn’t like avocado, so we won’t be able to share, but we’ll both have sushi.
whyre you talking in third person
*why is drag talking in third person
That’s much too interesting a topic for drag to talk about here, and drag doesn’t want to break the rules. If you use Lemmy’s search system, drag is sure you can find the answer on your own.
Is drag trolling? Or is there real proof you’re legit?
Drag can’t talk about anything that isn’t dull. This is a post about homemade sushi, not an argument about pronouns. You’re just going to have to check drag’s post history yourself.

Because that’s how pronouns work now, and you’re a transphobe if you don’t play along.
Is it? This seems like it would be an OCD type of behavior.
I honestly can’t tell if you’re joking or not.
Using a neo-pronoun for 1, 2, and 3 person seems unnecessarily challenging. If you seriously think not understanding this non-standard use of language is transphobic I think you’re hurting their cause more than helping.
If you’re being sarcastic than your point is made very clear lol
@[email protected] you reported my comment for not being dull???
I was being sarcastic, but that is the actual position of the Blahaj admin team.
I had read about that. That’s kind of wild that not understanding or asking can be considered transphobic. I’ve never seen it take the place of I or you. This is new to me…
Iloveyhebomb is lying to you lol. The admin has repeated multiple times that mistakes, not understanding, or asking questions are absolutely fine.
The actual issue is that people were using pronouns as a reason to bring harassment to the instance and so the admin asked people to not engage with suspected trolls and to report them if causing harm instead. Ilovethebomb and others were just sad there couldn’t be more harrassment and got reactionary about it.
No, what I said was accurate. If you don’t do the neopronoun thing when referring to someone, and use they/them pronouns, they consider it misgendering them.
That is their stated policy, and they do enforce it.
what you say here is correct. what you said before is not.
I don’t want to get involved in drama I am not knowledgeable enough to comment anything. But thanks for confirming that the admins of that instance are reasonable that mistakes and questions are fine. I didn’t seek any harm by being confused lol
They are quite understanding with honest questions, but they absolutely do enforce the use of neopronouns, and consider your standard gender neutral pronouns to be misgendering someone who wants to be referred to as Drag.
It’s all rather silly.
Absolutely agree! definitely agree its nice to avoid the drama but i hate to see people trash talk Ada (thats the admin she’s cool) with random lying like that lol
I don’t think it will catch on, there’s only one user who actually talks like that, and I’m reasonably confident they’re a troll.
Based on their modlog I would agree.
I’m tired of the games.
Who cares, this is dull men’s club, not debate club.
I can still ask. And you can be nice.
