Tanks! Mostly started to regulate because I wanted to lose weight. I’ve always drank throughout my life but it really ramped up a year ago when I was homeless for a couple months.

Still drinking, but I’m no longer hammering a six pack before and after working all my shifts each day

Glad you have been able to control it some, I know how hard it can be. That, of course, sounds really hard. I hope you’re in a better place.

How often do you drink a week now and how many? COVID really hurt me drinking wise and I only just got it tamed a year or so ago.

      You have a serious problem

      Serious problems. Plural.

Progress in life is not a linear graph going to the moon. I appreciate your concern, but I am doing what I can when I can. Take care.
