Well 1:54:15 but I rounded up. My feet hurt.

It was a nice walk. :) The last 20 mintues were more dificult once my feet began to get fatigued.

I have been walking about 1.5 hours without any problems so I’ll probably go back to doing that.

I do what I call Long run Sunday funday.

During the week I do short runs, 2.4 to 3k each day or so, but then on Sunday I push put to 5k

I’ve done this for years on and off due to an injury.

At one point long run Sunday funday was a 10k run while regular runs were 5k.

I found that just doing one longer session a week allowed me to stretch it all out over time.

I’m currently walking in order to build up to light jogging. I began a few weeks ago so it might be a few more before I transition to jogging and then to running.

A few years ago I did a Zero to 10k and got to 4.5 miles in 13 weeks before I stopped. I’m hoping this time I won’t stop.

Yeah best advice I have is take it slow and if you’re hurting have a break.

A break today is better then a breakdown tomorrow

That’s true, I can be a little stubborn with exercise induced pain. I’ll go back down to 1.5 hours for a few more weeks. Thanks!
