Last week was spring break for my boys. I took the week off too. I introduced my youngest to retro gaming — including SMB. As I was going through the game, I was explaining to him the various tricks — hidden one-ups, pipes, and of course timing the flagpole for fireworks.
He’s 10. And he loves retro gaming now. Final Fantasy is his new fave.
Make sure you jump at the right time to get fireworks!
Unless you’re speedrunning, then you want no/as little fireworks as possible
