Pickels
Ka-runch!
Cucumber! Or red bell pepper
Does air popped corn count as low calorie? If not, it’s gherkins for me
Carrots cut into thin planks to scoop home made salsa verde

Never had that particular brand, but you get the idea.
sugar snap peas go crazy, and they’re very filling too
I’m a slut for potatoes. If you don’t soak them in oil, butter, or cheese they’re about a kcal/gram. I like to nuke one and just add salt
Also one of the best foods in terms of satiety per calorie.
Frozen grapes. Once they’ve been out of the freezer for a couple minutes, they thaw into little slushie bubbles.
Fridge cold honeydew melon. Nothing even closely compares to how tasty that is for me. Low in calories as well.
I eat grape tomatoes, pickles, sliced cucumbers or radish with salt.
Sliced bell peppers.
Pickles.
Rice crackers.
Popcorn.
Sometimes I’ll have celery by itself, but usually I put peanut butter on it.
Roasted salted pumpkin seeds
Apples for me; they’re cheap, sweet, filling, and last pretty long compared to other fruit and veg.
Carrots. Plain carrots. It helps that I’m too lazy to get anything to dip them in. They are just so convenient.
Veggies for dipping in hummus. Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mushroom. I can eat a huge bowl and barely hit 200 calories.
I love hummus but I thought it was high calorie due to fat (good fats, but still).
Yeah I make my own to offset the ratio of olive oil and tahini to chickpeas. More chickpeas means less calories.
