I am a biological woman. I identify as such. I don’t know what the same person plus 30+ minutes with a curling iron has to do with cheating. Effort? Vanity? This is far, far beyond me somehow. I am also very old so there’s that.
I think you helped me crack it, i think it’s saying that the person who looks like you but puts in more effort to their appearance on the regular is more attractive. That makes sense to me, and would be true in the main for most people, it’s one of the most common things said to people who are struggling to find partners.
You could take negative connotations from that about that person being vain but really it should be on the cheater for being a fucking cheater.
puts in more effort to their appearance on the regular
Nah. My wife has naturally wavy hair. She goes to work with it blow-dried, flattened, and a little plain-looking. On weekends she does none of those things, and it looks gorgeous and wavy and bouncy. Maybe I just have a definite preference – Even Jen Psaki on the TV - gorgeous already - looks better in her other, more natural style, and she’s probably got advisors telling her to vamp it up.
I think partly this is because flattening the hair at home is difficult and you don’t get great results. I actually put some effort into my natural hair (gel, scrunch, diffuse dry) to get it to look good curly, and the only other way it looks really good is professional blowout to bouncy straight not swingy straight.
Or maybe it’s because wavy hair rocks! I do think curly and wavy, kinky, any hair with texture is livelier than the smooth and straight hair. Like, curly hair is individual and straight hair is standardized.
I agree with you, but don’t like that the interpretation puts the onus on the person being cheated on. Like, people will cheat even if they’re with the most gorgeous, totally out of their league person. Cheating has nothing to do with how attractive or how attentive to themselves your partner is. If you’re a cheater, you’re gonna be a cheater.
I actually think what you said is the real point of the image. To me they are saying that they will cheat with a girl that looks just like you, because that’s how guys be.

Do you mean a cis woman?
Or are you trying to separate yourself from robot women?
I wanna be a robot woman
That’s good enough for me. Congrats!
I assume she meant exactly what she said.
So… an organic woman
oh, no, a lot of pesticides are involved

Who downvoted this?
A Republican who secretly loves but public ally has to hate Jen Psaki
